Every All Time Fitness trainer passes a rigorous selection process before stepping onto the floor. We require a minimum of two years' hands-on coaching experience, a nationally recognised fitness certification (ISSA, ACE, NSCA, or NIS-India equivalent), and documented results with real members.
ATF coaches receive ongoing development — quarterly workshops in sports science, injury prevention, progressive programming, and nutrition coaching. What you get is not a rep-counter, but a coach who understands periodisation and physiology.
